Helping his mum prepare meals for his large family, Sam quickly developed an appreciation for the art of cooking. Over the past decade, Sam has worked around the world, drawing inspiration from the diverse flavours and ingredients he’s encountered along the way. Known for his calm and level-headed approach, Sam thrives in the fast-paced world of yacht charters, where he creates vibrant, flavourful dishes that combine bold colours, tastes, and aromas. 

His passion for exploration, joie de vivre, and refined techniques have made him a sought-after chef on charter yachts for the past ten years. Although Sam’s personal preferences lean towards fresh seafood and meat, he will carefully curate a menu tailored to your specific preferences and dietary requirements. With his extensive experience and knowledge of the world’s many cuisines, Sam will introduce you to the delights of local dishes, perfectly complementing your trip whilst keeping to the fore the needs of both families and individuals.
